Be the example that your friends and family need to look up to.  Only compare yourself to yesterday and not anyone else.  Have you improved yourself from the day before?  We're all unique, and your success is not compared to others, it's what you can personally achieve in your lifetime.  As long as you focus on that, you'll far exceed any of your own expectations. One more thing that can stop us from reaching our goals is the time and effort it takes to reach them.  The dream seems far fetched, it seems like a million workouts, journal entries and too many things sacrificed to reach them. It's too much work... it's not true!  For every day that you're afraid to put the work in, to improve yourself, is another day passed that you'll never get back.  Stop waiting for tomorrow and DO what you promise yourself TODAY.  We have faith in you.  We believe in YOU.  Your dreams are as real as anyone else's, so focus and remember what we tell you- this is your Dream Team. Women that all have these things in common to achieve their Dreams.. Desire, Determination &amp; Dedication... with no distractions.<br />

My terrific (besides there only being 7 1/2 days of school left, lol) is that I've created a walking club at work and it's been pretty successful.  We have a group of ladies every day that walk to the state capitol and back for a roundtrip of 2 miles in 30 minutes :D  I may try to make excuses to not go, but once I'm out there, man I love it.  I love people watching, I love moving my body, I love the way I feel when I get back.  That's my terrific for the day :)</div>

Had a very nice weekend at the camper. Lots of exercise and much less eating and drinking than the weekend before. And I was rewarded-just 1 pound up from my Thursday weight. (I weigh on Monday and Thursday usually). But 4 pounds less than last week Monday. So I'm making progress.<br />
<br />
Maximum Intensity Strength is on tap today. And lots of work. I can't wait for some recliner time tonight, but I'm sad that The Voice won't be on lol.<br />

I know the weeks all zoom by, but wow, this one was especially fast.<br />

Nothing new here to report, just wanted to get us started.  We're in the final weeks of school right now (I think they get out the 24th).  DD13 has lunch on the lawn today (with gorgeous weather - mid 70s and sunny), and field day tomorrow (which she laughs and says isn't really field *day* because its only two periods long).  DS16 is studying for his World History AP test next week, and will have finals the week after that.  The only change is that we're not gearing up for an NYC trip like we have been the last four years (sniff, sniff).  We just didn't want to spend the $$$ right now as we're still planning on the remodel.  <br />
<br />
Workout for me today will just be steady state TM and probably either Classical Stretch or Kundalini Yoga.  What's everyone else up to??</div>

Meg, it sounds like you'd enjoy being on the depo shot! No period! I don't get any  PMS symptoms either. The 10 pounds I've gained isn't enjoyable, but I'm  willing to have that trade off.<br />

Meg, sorry you were alone here yesterday. My  Tracie's came late Thursday as well, and I was able to throw one in my bag. I'm scheduled to do Cathe's 4DS Kickbox today, but it's only 30 minutes, so I'm going to hope for extra energy and try Weightless with Tracie. I'll do what I can after the kickbox. I did Muscle Endurance yesterday (so glad to have dumb bells at the camper now!) so no weights for me.<br />

I had a busy but fun and productive day at the camper.  We found a new greenhouse and I got some very pretty hanging baskets and a big bucketone and they were reasonably priced. They are really a surprise for my mom for Mother's Day. She's not here with me this weekend so she won't know until she drives up next weekend. <br />
<br />
Busy day today! I am hosting a Cinco de Mayo party at my camper and praying the rain holds off. I have a lot of decorations and some margarita mix and brought my blender. I'm making guacamole and people are all bringing Mexican type snacks as well. We even have sombreros and cheesy fake mustaches to wear.<br />

Okay I'd better get some breakfast so I can get my workout done and get on with the day. HAGD!</div>

Hope everyone is enjoying their Friday! It is very rainy here, which is actually good, because we need it :)<br />

Today for me is work, Friday lunch date ;), more work, and squeezing in TM and CS somewhere for my exercise.  This weekend will basically be running kiddos around, working out, and decluttering.  A little work, and a little relaxation too.<br />
<br />
Jill, I got my Tracie's yesterday! I tried a premix from Leaning Out yesterday.  It was the 20 min lifting one.  Gosh, I had forgotten how much I love Tracie workouts!! I just love her demeanor, technique, voice, cuing, etc.  And the 20 min just flew by. My only complaint was that the premixes seem to have no warmup or cooldown (I had previewed a few before doing one).  Not a big deal, though.  I did a few minutes of each on my own before and after, so really I got about 25 min in.  That works.  The way my schedule is, 20-30 minute workouts (1-3 times per day) is how I fit it in.  It had been a while since I'd done any weights, so I'm sure I'll be sore later.  Actually, I used weights for upper body and compound moves, but I dropped the weights and did bodyweight only for the lunge/dip series (which was so fun, btw).  The weights were making my left knee hurt, and in my experience, I do just fine using weights for upper body, and bodyweight only for my lower.  I'll definitely be enjoying trying the other new Tracie's I got.  Will probably try to get in a premix around 3X per wk.<br />

I have Intensity on tap today (Cathe). Ugh and yipee at the same time is what I feel LOL. It's such a hard workout, but I'm going to do a 47 minute premix so it won't be soooo bad. <br />

Then tonight is girls night drinks. We are usually only out from about 7pm until 9pm, but then a friend of mine is in town and I'm meeting her after that. I HAVE TO HAVE TO HAVE TO come home early and not drink much. I've done well on my eating this week and I don't want to blow it.<br />
